There are 4 well presented and good sized bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is located at ground level, with double patio doors leading to the garden, making it easily accessible for those who are not too good with stairs. There is a well-equipped, modern and spacious kitchen, along with a large dining area which leads to an open plan lounge. The property is very well appointed throughout, and provides everything you could want or need for a relaxing family holiday in the sun.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 300 euros is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place and the property is left clean and tidy.

Please note that if required, the hot tub is charged at an additional €35 per day (minimum 7 days).

The swimming pool can also be heated, charged at an additional €35 per day x 4 hours (minimum 7 days).
