Guide Price (Euros):

All prices include 9% VAT.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 300 euros is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place the property is left clean and tidy.

Note: There is a limit of 300 units of electricity allowance per week, 330 units if there are 6 or more in your party, after which a charge will be deducted from your security deposit of 50 cents per unit.
