The villa is located only 150 metres from the sea in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, and has a private pool for you to relax with a stunning view and sounds of the sea, where you can soak up the sunshine or at night due to the lack of light pollution, take in the amazing stars in the sky and watch the moons reflection glistening across the sea.

Inside, the property is attractively furnished with air conditioning and satellite TV showing all English channels.

The villa has a large fully equipped kitchen, relaxing dining and lounge area, along with 3 separate 1st floor bedrooms. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Five minutes’ drive from the villa to the north finds you at the pretty fishing village of Agios Georgios with a wonderful seafood restaurant overlooking the sea and a beautiful little harbour which also has a quaint and secluded sandy beach – your own little piece of heaven.

This is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, and yet the amenities and nightlife are only a short distance away, with Coral Bay and Corallia Beach being only a 10 minute drive, where you will find an abundance of  bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 300 euros is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place the property is left clean and tidy.
