This is a great spot to enjoy the sunshine. The patio is shaded if you prefer to stay cool.
 
There are 5 bedrooms, a double leading off the pool area, this has its own entrance and is separate to the main house, with an en-suite shower room. The ground floor has 2 x twin bedrooms and a double with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is a family bathroom and also a games room on the ground floor with pool table, table tennis and even a table football. Perfect for a family games night! There is a utility room with washer and dryer also.

The remaining double bedroom is located on the top floor  with a cot also for any infants and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. On the top floor also is a large open plan living room / dining room, open plan well-equipped kitchen and separate toilet. Patio doors lead out to a large veranda with table and chairs and a comfy snug area, with the most lovely sea views.
 
You can access the villa from the ground floor , and also the top floor via a ramp, so suitable for wheelchair access, the access door is nice and wide too and will easily accommodate the width of a wheelchair.
 

The villa has air con in all bedrooms and the living room area, fast WI-FI and satellite TV. It really does have everything you need!
 
The interior is light, airy and super comfortable, there is plenty of space also for a large family, the villa will easily accommodate 10 guests. This really is the perfect place for a family holiday in the sunshine.
 
Note: The pool can be heated for an extra 99 euros per day.  This is to be paid locally to the property manager when you arrive.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 400€ is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place and the property is left clean and tidy.
