The villa is within a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay with all its amenities and stunning Blue Flag Beaches.

The entry level comprises a well-appointed lounge with log fire, satellite TV and fast internet connection; a snug area with desk for remote working or perfect for reading a book with a glass of local wine, a well equipped kitchen with dining area and access onto the patio for al-fresco dining, complete with sea view.

The middle level comprises three light and airy double bedrooms which are well appointed with plenty of wardrobe/storage space, one bathroom with bath and shower over. The master bedroom has an en-suite separate shower room.

The lower ground level offers a real surprise, providing a large additional family space complete with TV, further dining area, kitchenette and bar area. This is a great chill-out space for all the family providing access to the wrap-around garden and beautiful private pool which has sun beds to relax and unwind. The pool has a water fountain and it is a very tranquil and quiet location.

Please note that there are roadworks being undertaken during the 2023 season on the main approach road through the village, so the usual access to the property has been restricted but an alternative route directly to the villa is available. The works should have little impact on your stay at this gorgeous property.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 300 euros is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place and the property is left clean and tidy.
