We offer regular checks on your property and ensure everything is in working order. If there are any issues, we will immediately report back to you and can arrange any necessary works which will only be completed once you have signed off on a quote. As a local business, we are at the end of the phone if needed and we offer a 24/7 on-call service in case of any emergencies. Holiday rentals

We can call upon a wealth of marketing experience in the hospitality sector to advertise your property . We will view and take photos of your property and use our social media network to extensively target your property at potential clients. We can offer cleaning services before and after guests arrive, laundry services, meet and greets welcome packs and much more! Our dedicated team are on hand to ensure your holiday home is looking it’s best and can cater for all the extra touches you would like to offer your guests. We have a 24-hour manned phone to ensure we are on hand if there are any issues so we can quickly get things resolved.

Property checks

As a company carry out a regular check of the property. We run the taps, flush the toilets, and ensure all is as it should be. Reporting back to yourself if there are any issues we find. We can arrange any maintenance needed given a quote has been signed off. We are at the end of a phone if you or your guests need help. We have a 24-hour manned phone in case there are any emergencies. We collect any post you have received and send a copy to you. We can pay your utility bills if required also as well as providing meter reads. Garden checks, pool checks, whatever you need…. we will be on hand to help! We pride ourselves on offering great communication and we will look after your home as if it was our own.

Garden maintenance
