Villa Sulis is a very well-presented three bedroom bungalow in Coral Bay.  It is set in its own grounds with a private gated drive and a fabulous swimming pool, offering comfortable surroundings

As you enter the front door there is an open plan lounge and dining area to your left with patio doors leading onto the pool area.  As you continue through the villa there is a corridor with a washroom, family bathroom, twin bedroom and double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the pool.

To the right of the front door is the fully equipped kitchen, again with patio doors leading on to the pool area.  Next to the kitchen is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Air conditioning is provided throughout the villa and each bedroom also contains a ceiling fan for guests to use, keeping you cool on those hot summer days.

The villa has a large rear patio that is great for alfresco dining.  There is a large well equipped BBQ which guests are welcome to use.  There is also a comfy snug area, a great place to relax and unwind with a tipple or two.  The villa boasts its very own crystal clear swimming pool and  several sunbathing areas complete with sunbeds and parasols.  This truly is the perfect setting to relax and unwind in the Cypriot sunshine.

Pool is heated during the cooler months of April, May, October and November (included in the rental price).

Villa Sulis is located close to all shops, restaurants and bars in Coral Bay.  The main strip being only a fifteen minute stroll away.   Just a short walk you will find the beaches of Coral Bay and Corallia, both host a variety of water sport activities, plenty of beds for sunbathing and several options to grab a refreshment.

The location offers the perfect base for exploring the area in this part of Cyprus. Access to the Akamas National Park is a short distance away, where you can find the stunning Lara Beach where turtles can be seen and the beautiful Latchi Harbour offering daily boat trips to the Blue Lagoon is within half an hour’s drive. This is the perfect location to explore the area or simply relax and unwind.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 300€ is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place and the property is left clean and tidy.
