All prices include 9% VAT.

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of 300€ is also required. This is returned within 7 days of your departure given no damages have taken place the property is left clean and tidy.

Also note that there is a €10 surcharge for aircon per unit per day if requested.
